As a recipient of the Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School, Mr. Schroeder maintains a particular interest in the history and development of admiralty and maritime law, especially in the defense of claims under the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
